Return/Replacement Guidelines


Returns are a program immediately covered by this policy that gives customers the choice of a refund, exchange, or replacement.

Returns, exchanges, and replacements are accepted within seven business days following the product’s delivery.
If the customer has any sizing concerns or the goods is broken or defective when it arrives, return, replacement, or exchange is available.
It’s possible that not every product in a given category has the same return policy.
For all products, the returns/replacement policy listed on the product page will take precedence over the general policy.
For information on any exceptions to this returns policy, please refer to the relevant item’s applicable return/replacement policy found on the product page.
No alternate address can be provided for pick-up or replacement.

Requirement for return or replacement: We’ll examine your product to make sure it meets these requirements:

Correct Product: The MRP tag must be visible and unattached, and the name, image, brand, serial number, article number, and bar code must all match. (It need to be undamaged as received).
Whole Item: All freebies, combos, and in-the-box extras should be included.
Product Not Used: The item must be undamaged, unwashed, stain-free, and have all applicable warranty, return, and quality check seals intact.
Product Damage: The item must be free of dents, scratches, tears, and holes.
Original Box/Packaging: The product’s box or packaging should not be destroyed.

Refund Guidelines
If a product needs to be returned and There Company receives it in the condition specified in the return/replacement policy, the refund will be executed.
Details of the bank account must be provided if the customer wishes a refund to be made to their bank account (this is only applicable in COD cases).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method in the event that the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason.
For orders that were paid for in advance, refunds will be issued to the original payment source between five and seven days after the first requirement is met.
Refunds for COD orders will be deposited into bank accounts within fifteen days after the day that points one and two are satisfied.
If the customer choose a refund using their wallet, the refund will be handled 24 hours after the first criterion is met.

Policy for Cancellations
Prior to shipment, the client may cancel an order whenever they choose.
After an order is scheduled for delivery, it cannot be canceled. At the door, the consumer has the option to refuse it, though.
If Company has to cancel an order due to unavoidable circumstances, prepaid orders will get a full refund.
Order cancellations may be accepted at any moment by Company
